How do I submit a request for marketing materials?
Email BranchMarketing@vu.com with whatever you thought of this morning at 3 a.m. We’ll do our best to make it happen in a way that makes sense for you.
What if I want something not listed on the website?
No problem! Email BranchMarketing@vu.com with the desired item or items.
When can I expect my request to be completed?
When you submit a request, it’s added to our pipeline. We work projects into our queue in the order they’re received, taking into account the scope of the project and any time-sensitive requests. If you order an item as is from this site, you can expect a PDF proof in your inbox within 3-5 business days.
What if I need something custom made?
We love creative projects! They just might take a little longer. Send us an email at BranchMarketing@vu.com to discuss the full scope of your project.
How much will materials cost?
Project costs can vary. A member of the team will reach out to go over it with you once the request is in!
What is “legal review”?
Since we work in a highly regulated industry, all projects must go through our lawyers to ensure they are legally compliant before being distributed externally. This may add a few days to the length of your project.
Can I co-brand a material with an agent or community partner?
Totally! We can co-brand pretty much anything. There are some rules involved which we can go over BranchMarketing@vu.com via email at or on the phone.
